Private Hibachi Chef FAQ

What time should I book?

The booking time is the official start time of your party, the time guests sit down to eat. The chef arrives 5-15 minutes early to set up. Rentals may arrive 20-30 minutes early.

How long does the hibachi show take?

The full hibachi experience, including setup and cooking, takes about 1.5 hours in total.

What do customers need to provide?

Please set up tables and chairs, and provide plates and utensils for your party. We can also provide table, chair, and tableware setup if needed at an additional cost.

Where do you cook? What if it rains?

We cook outside. If it is cold or raining, the host is required to provide some type of covering so the chef can cook under it and stay dry. If needed, the host may arrange for the chef to cook in a garage, or the grill can be set up just outside the door.

Do I need to provide power or an extra table for the chef?

No power is needed. The grill is 36 inches wide, so please make sure there is enough space to set it up comfortably. You do not need to provide an extra table for the chef.

How much is the adult meal?

Pick any 2 entrees for $55/person. Additional entrees are +$15 each.

Do you offer kids meals?

Yes. Kids meals are $35 for guests under 12 and include 1 entree.
